UNHINGED packages are ready-to-use modular configurations designed to work across a wide range of training environments. Each package provides a strong starting point and can be scaled to fit your facility, operational needs, and budget.
All UNHINGED systems are built to order in the USA. In addition to standard panels, we offer custom layouts, panel sizes, and color options upon request.

PRO Systems
Pro systems add support units that increase layout precision and realism. Support unit dimensions include 1'x7', 2'x7', 1'x4', 3'x4' and 1'x3' panels. Support units allow you to fine-tune room dimensions and match existing structure layouts for pre-planning operations.
Common uses include:
• Closets and furniture
• Dead space and offsets
• Short walls and interior details

Package 1
An entry-level modular configuration designed to provide a flexible starting point for smaller training environments. Supports 1–2 rooms and up to 270 square feet. This package is well suited for agencies looking to introduce modular training capability in a compact footprint, with the ability to reconfigure layouts quickly and expand the system over time as needs evolve. Works great for breaking up large spaces in a pre-existing room.
Package 2
An expanded modular configuration offering increased layout flexibility and interior space. Supports up to 3 rooms and approximately 400-650 square feet. This package allows for more defined room separation and greater variety in layout options, while maintaining the ability to reconfigure and scale as training requirements change.
Package 3
An advanced modular configuration intended for larger interior builds and more detailed layouts. Supports up to 5 rooms and approximately 700–1,000 square feet. This package provides additional flexibility for building more complex footprints and incorporating greater interior detail, while remaining fully modular and adaptable.
Package 4
A large-format modular configuration designed for expansive training environments. Supports up to 6 rooms and approximately 1,000-1,500 square feet. This package offers increased scale and layout control, making it well suited for facilities looking to maximize usable training space while retaining the ability to reconfigure between repetitions.
Package 5
A full-scale modular configuration intended for large training facilities and comprehensive interior builds. Supports up to 9 rooms and approximately 1,700-2,500 square feet. This package provides maximum flexibility, allowing agencies to construct substantial interior environments while preserving the modular, reconfigurable nature of the UNHINGED system.
Package 6
An expanded-scale modular configuration. Supports up to 12 rooms and up to 3,750 square feet. This package provides expanded capabilities, allowing agencies to construct large interior environments like schools and commercial configurations. System remains modular and re-configurable. Also, ideal for splitting your system up into multiple locations.
